Farsideology: Lesson 3 - Aisha
|
Lesson 3 -- Teaching Islam to Children
Children today we will recite verse from Sahih Muslim Bk. 8, No.3311, and you will then take a test. Let's recite the verse 10 times.
"Aisha reported that Allah's Apostle married her when she was seven years old, and she was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he died she was eighteen years old."
Question 1 – Examine the pictures below. Which picture is Aisha? Circle that picture.
Question 2 – Write a short paragraph on why did Muhammad prefer Aisha over the other woman. Do not use derogatory phrases such as "degenerate reprobate," or "debauched miscreant ," or "depraved scoundrel" in your paragraph.
Question 3 – If you marry at the age of nine and your daughter was born during the first year of marriage, at what age would you become a grandmother if your daughter followed your example?
Question 4 – One of the major health consequences of childhood pregnancy is the development of a vesicovaginal fistula which is an opening between the vagina and the bladder or between the vagina and the rectum, resulting in the 9 year old girl leaking urine or is unable to control defecation.
Develop a plan of action on how you would get to the hospital when you develop your vesicovanginal fistula.
Kind Regards,
